As a Residential Project Manager at Cobblestone Homes, you will oversee the construction of high-quality homes, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet our exacting standards. You will lead and manage trade partners, suppliers, and site teams, maintaining strong communication and relationships with homeowners throughout the building process.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring quality and efficiency.

Maintain updated project schedules, track progress, and communicate effectively with trade partners and suppliers.

Monitor material usage, handle variances, back orders, and delivery delays, and ensure proper material storage.

Ensure site safety by complying with Cobblestone's safety standards and MIOSHA regulations, performing safety checks, and documenting incidents.

Oversee job site cleanliness, security, and construction debris removal.

Perform routine quality checks to ensure compliance with building codes and project specifications.

Build positive relationships with homeowners, providing regular updates and conducting site visits.

Manage project budgets, review and approve invoices, and perform job cost audits.

Participate in company meetings, contribute to special events, and support a positive company culture.

Complete detailed checklists and adhere to established company procedures.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in residential construction project management.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Solid knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.

Proficiency in project management software (Buildertrend preferred).

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
