As a Residential Superintendent at Cobblestone Homes, you will be at the forefront of delivering high-quality homes on time and within budget. You will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, managing subcontractors, and ensuring our high standards are met every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire home-building process, from start to finish, ensuring homes are built to our high-quality standards.
• Oversee subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and quality workmanship.
• Monitor job site safety and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure work is completed according to building codes, client specifications, and our company's quality standards.
• Maintain clear and proactive communication with homeowners throughout the construction process, conducting site visits and addressing any concerns.
• Manage project schedules, coordinate with trade partners, and resolve any issues that may arise during construction.
• Ensure job site cleanliness and organization, handling construction debris removal and site security.
• Review and approve project invoices and perform cost audits to ensure projects stay within budget.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Residential Superintendent or similar role in the home building industry.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to use construction management software (Buildertrend preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
